We exclusively use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping our products to you. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination address. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after processing. Please note that processing time can take 1-2 business days.
- Priority Shipping: Offers faster delivery compared to standard shipping and typically arrives within 1-3 business days after processing.
- Priority Mail Express: This is the fastest domestic service, with guaranteed overnight scheduled delivery to most locations. Delivery is typically within 1-2 business days after processing.
Shipping to Canada
We also offer shipping to Canada. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination province and customs processing times. Please be aware that Canadian orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by Canadian authorities, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Returns
You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Damaged Items
